Luckily hadn’t booked anything else just the cruise do I still not need to inform them? I have already checked in to say I am coming. My travel insurance will cover the costs hopefully.

Can anyone help me urgently please. I had a fall today and have ripped the ligaments in my right foot so will be unable to fly to Sydney. We are currently in Doha (Qatar) visiting our son and planed to fly to Sydney to catch the cruise but due to having to elevate my leg for the 14 hr flight and business class fully booked on all flights we won’t be able to fly to meet the cruise now. it will be difficult for me to call Australia so an email address would be preferable. My son has a phone that we could possible use in Qatar. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how best to contact Carnival. I booked it direct and have checked in all documentation I have is online and I can’t see contact details for cancellation. All suggestions welcome…

I hope so tooo….it was for my husbands 70th and his health is not so good. After wrapping him up in cotton wool for month and go and tear the ligaments in my ankle so we need to cancel everything!!

Booked direct so need to cancel direct

I am currently in Qatar and can’t use my phone due to provider restrictions here but my son has a phone so a phone number would suffice.

I booked it direct on the website no through an agent

What’s a TA? I am from the Uk and currently visiting our son in Qatar so don’t have the ability to call need an email address if possible.

Could somebody please advise an email address or a phone number where I can cancel my “trip of a lifetime” cruise. I have had a fall today and torn the ligaments in my ankle so will be unable to fly to Sydney. I have tried to email to several addresses but never seem to get a reply. I have already checked in via the website and I can’t see an option to cancel. Any advice would be much appreciated.. thanks Susan

We have never been to Oz but always wanted to go. We are visiting our son in Qatar then flying to Sydney to spend a week there before boarding a cruise. We intend to explore Sydney for a week and then board a cruise. We fly back to Qatar for a few days then home. My husband has poor mobility (bad knees) and also suffers from anxiety and as this trip is for his 70th birthday he doesn’t want to tour around Australia. We have both always wanted to visit Sydney and New Zealand so two birds one stone. 😀

Thankyou so much for your ideas and suggestions. We are arriving in Sydney a week early to explore and are staying near the cruise terminal. My husband suffers from anxiety so I need to leave no stone unturned when planning this big birthday trip for him. We will be going to Circular Quay to check out where the cruise goes from so will definetly get the ferry to Manley. Thanks for your advice :-))

Thinking of booking a cruise to New Zealand from Sydney with Carnival ((Splendor) but never cruised before needs some hints and tips from you lovely folks who are old hands at this about best way to book, drinks package or not and whether excursions are worth it and if not what else can you arrange to do offshore. ANY hints and tips welcome I am a bit nervous about the whole thing!
