  1. Different ships have different drink prices so it’s possible the menu prices you see will be different on your ship.

     

    In my experience we ordered tons of different drinks and only once did we have to pay extra. That was for a bottle of sake my husband ordered at Izumi.

     

    We aren’t big wine drinkers so didn’t have a problem but I know there are a bunch of wines over the limit. In that case you will just pay the difference plus 18% gratuity on the difference.

  2. I would love to know this too. We are also flying SW and can easily bring some supplies for the locals. We switched our flights to fly in the day of the cruise so we won't have time to really look for a place to drop stuff off but if there was something convenient to the airport where we could just drop and go that would be great!

     

    Maybe even just a bag full of stuff to give to our taxi driver. I'm assuming that would be appreciated.

  3. We just changed our flights to arrive the day of departure. We will fly from WI to Orlando and spend 2 days there and then fly into PR Saturday morning with an arrival time of 10:15am. I'll be praying for no delays and can be on the ship by noon!

     

    The uncertainty of will our hotel cancel or won't they got the best of me. Now I can relax and start packing!

  4. Has anyone been turned away at the door of the hotel when u have a paid confirmation receipt in your hand.

    I did read two different posts on Facebook where the peoples reservations were canceled while they were in the air on the way there. One was sent to a different hotel and the other person never reported back as to what happened with them.

    I did read two different posts on Facebook where the peoples reservations were canceled while they were in the air on the way there. One was sent to a different hotel and the other person never reported back as to what happened with them.

  6. Our reservation here was cancelled. We didn't get notice - just found it in my cancelled reservations on my Marriott app. Reservations at Marriott confirmed they were not accepting guests - booked us at another Marriott. I just got an email from that hotel 5 days ago cancelling that one. Marriott now confirmed NO Marriott properties are taking (honoring) reservations.

     

    Did they say for how long?

  8. Marriott just cancelled our reservation after confirming it three times. Don't trust them. On the phone today they indicated they were canceling through December

     

    When was your reservation for? I spoke to them the other day and at first they told me they were canceling until Dec. 1 but then changed it to Nov. 7 and said I SHOULD be fine for the end of November.

After seeing posts on Facebook that the Marriott Stellaris had a roof fire and people saying that they got there and their reservation was canceled and they were canceling all November reservations, I decided to call them again today to check on the status of our reservation for November 23-25.

     

    They originally told me no reservations until Dec. 1st. When I questioned if that was just for new reservations or existing reservations she then said they were canceling existing reservations until November 7th and I should be fine at the end of the month.
