Thank you everyone. I did call and received 25.00 from the email discount and would have received 50.00 if I didn’t use that. Since it was paid in full, she wouldn’t credit me. 🤦🏻♀️

Just curious…. I thought we were supposed to get a discount on Balcony rooms with my point Level (Emerald). I have priced our cruise using my C&A account and without…. Same price. Am I missing something??? Thank you, Debbie
