  1. Mine has been working sporadically since the 13th. When I get the blank page I use the back arrow and try again - sometimes it works this way.
  2. I have also had problems accessing the itinerary and travel summary for about two weeks now. As soon as I select either option the website logs me out. I have contacted customer support four times and each time I had to repeat the problem from the beginning. First call they said to give them an hour to fix it; second call they said 24 hours; third time they wouldn’t say when it would be fixed; fourth time they promised to escalate it to IT. My travel agent is now trying to get them to fix it on my behalf.
  3. I clicked in dining and it worked for me (web version). I did it in my iPad…
  4. Still unable to make changes to my reservations in the app. Went to the web-based version and was finally successful. I will continue to periodically monitor my reservations to see if changes are made again without my knowledge.
  5. I am also having the same problem. I went in to review my previously booked reservations and all were changed from private dining to dining with with guests as well as changes made to the timings. I tried to change them back but received the same error message. Frustrating and a waste of my time.
  6. I had issues logging for several days now. I am now able to login without any problem.
