I was able to use a credit card in January by calling them. Don't know if you still can. They tend to change rules at will.

Teddybauer Have you gotten an India Visa yet? A few days ago the application form only allowed entry for January and February. It now goes beyond. We are on back to back Singapore-Mumbai and Mumbai-Dubai starting March 5. Our entry port for India is Port Blair (although I think nh6mil said they skipped this stop but in the opposite direction so it was not the first port). The form only lists the airport for entry. If we skip it Cochin will be the first. Please let me know what you do.

Well now I've experienced it all. I booked my back to back cruise on the Ocean Odyssey oi October of 2021. I have paid the full catalog price even though that has been significantly reduced since then and I have had to deal with the worry that the ship wasn't delivered until November 2022. No one ever mentioned that the hotel connection between the 2 cruises would not be coordinated and that I would have to do that myself including the hotel reservation. Now they say because I'm within 60 days of departure and there is no record of me requesting it, it's my problem. I have spent hours on hold on the phone, first to get my flight itinerary and to get this connection made. They now say because I'm within 60 days I must take care of my self. Don't use this company!

I don't understand. This sh[p hasn't been in Australia. The India website will only let you apply for Jsn. and Feb., not March. Sri Lanka lets me get to the payment and then won"t work.

We will be with you on this trip, so we are interested too.

About your flights, did you ever get a preliminary itinerary and when? We are 81 days out and have never received an itinerary. I am very concerned because we are doing back-back on Ocean Odyssey and they can mess up the flights and hotels pretty easily. Also concerned that we paid extra for Premium Economy and it might not be available. When did you get your final documents? Did they pay for your extra night?

Interesting, They have removed the ability to charge from the website. You have to call and wait on hold! People must be challenging their credit card payments. I would never pay them with bank payment regardless of their discount. The chat line disconnected me after telling me to call customer service.

We are booked Singapore to Mumbai and then Mumbai to Dubai in early March. It looks like it will happen but they refuse to give us a flight itinerary. This is very concerning since we paid $2300 each for premium upgrades (airfare suppose to be free) and I am afraid it won't be available when they get around to it. We also booked in November of 2021 and they are currently booking at much lower fares. Anyone out there with comments on their flights.

My husband and I booked back to back cruises on the Ocean Odyssey a year ago: March 3, 2023 Singapore to Mumbai and March 22, 2023 Mumbai to Dubai. We paid the deposit and insurance but Vantage did not buy the insurance then. I knew this because I am familiar with Alliance through travel with OAT. They finally did after many calls and emails. We are expected to pay the trips in full by November 1 and November 21, respectively, but of course we can't do that as Vantage has shown themselves to be totally untrustworthy and dishonest. As someone has pointed out they are currently selling trips on this ship that cannot possibly happen. They are currently showing our trips in 2014 as totally sold out which we know is impossible. This has to be criminal activity. We are out $6612.
