  1. I agree that Celebrity should be responsible. I would definitely call them again. If unsuccessful, perhaps your credit card company could help? Call them and dispute the charge? Just a thought.
  2. A few observations from our Reflection cruise earlier this month. We still love Celebrity but there were some disappointments. I'm sure all the cruise lines and ships have cut back since Covid. The Sky Lounge is not nearly as impressive since they reduced its size. This was a fairly big disappointment. We missed being served champagne upon boarding. The tables in the MDR are now about 6 inches apart, at least in the area we were seated (deck 4, starboard). The MDR seemed short staffed. Service was spotty. The Oceanview Cafe had plenty of help. The Spa Cafe has gotten quite popular. Would love to see it expanded. The beds were very comfortable. ALL employees were friendly and helpful.
  3. I had the same issue last week, twice! I ended up calling Celebrity. They were able to assure me I did not have a reservation and I booked on the phone.
  4. We chose anytime dining for our upcoming cruise on Reflection. We have previously always chosen traditional dining. If I make reservations on the app it does not give me a table size choice, at least not that I see. We prefer a table for just the two of us. Should I make reservations and then request a table for two when we get to the dining room or don't make reservations at all and request when we show up?
  5. The exact same thing happened to me. I called and was assured I did not have a reservation. Made the reservation on that phone call and received the confirmation email before the call was complete.
