  1. And, right now, I'm on a 32 minute hold to find out why (or, get THEM to do it) I think, as usual, they're overwhelmed....😁
  2. Here's our 12-day "black friday" fantastic drink package price for two...with a total savings of wow! Oof....
  3. Maybe I was wishful thinking on our current prices with our booked cruise, excursions, dining plans over this "black friday" facade, lol. All prices went up except for excursions - which are cheaper. But, conveniently.....cannot cancel ANY excursion reservations and then re-buy them at a cheaper price.
  4. It worked for us, IMO at first, we overbid a bit more than needed, but overall that suite was well worth it...we had bid for the regular grand, but during check-in, she gave us an additional upgrade at boarding to the suite that had a piano in it.
  5. kudos to biker! I got thru, asked them to restore my $200 OBC since it was from a Next Cruise booking - THEY DID IT! Verified, it is BACK on our account. Crazy how we have to follow up on everything these days!
  6. Yes. Everything remained the same, including the cabin we booked.
  7. Thanks Biker. I am actually on hold right now, about to attempt that. I applied the PD last night. I will report back what they did.
  8. That $200 WAS from the "NextCruise" booking, the agent on board added that. So now they've taken it away as I checked my account. No more OBC.
  9. Ok. We booked our next cruise on our previous/recent one, booked on Anthem out of Southampton UK next summer. Wonderful itinerary to the Canaries, 12 nighter. Noticed a price drop on the cruise, so I called in, certainly was valid. During the PD process, she was trying to take away the OBC we received when we first booked the cruise. The discount was around $300, meaning that we'd be saving just $100 (as they're taking away the OBC). Is this typically a normal action when phoning in to report a PD on your cruise? They strip away the OBC? If already done, is there someone to call and try and get that $200 OBC back?
