I did the same thing, and the gratuities weren't showing as included for me either.

Does anyone know if HAL offers the White Summit excursion and onboard credit frequently, or was that a rare offering? I held off on booking because I was thinking the Black Friday deal would be better, but it's actually more expensive and doesn't include those two savings. Debating if I should book at this higher cost or wait in the hopes they offer the train excursion and onboard credit again.

Hello all, I'm going on a round-trip Vancouver to Alaska cruise aboard the Koningsdam. I'm having a difficult time deciding what floor and location (mid ship or aft). I'm leaning toward mid floors 5-7, but would love some feedback on floor and location. Is aft typically fairly stable during inner passage cruises, or does it get rough? Has anyone stayed on different floors that has a preference? I've never been on a Holland America cruise before, but I've always gone mid ship and mid floor on other cruises just to be on the safe side from motion sickness. Thank you!

Hello, does anyone know if the Sapphire Princess, Grand Princess, or Majestic Princess go through the Inside Passage on the Voyage of the Glacier between Vancouver and Anchorage (Wittier) either Northbound or Southbound? The cruise description on the Princess site just says "At Sea" but the map shows a line going through the Inside Passage with another dotted line going outside the passage. There is a note for the dotted line that says Royal Class Ship Route. I'm assuming this means that the Sapphire and Grand would go through the Inside Passage, but the Majestic (which I believe is a Royal Class), would go further out at sea and not through the Passage. I contacted Princess customer support, but they were not at all helpful. I've heard the Inside Passage is beautiful so that's one of my deciding criteria on the cruise, so if anyone knows, I'd appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
