@LuAnn we had almost the exact same experience- it was just a question - he was super defensive and quite short. If we did not have FCC we would not have rebooked on Oceania.

Oh yay! So encouraged to hear this, we are on Regatta at the end of the week to go Alaska. We have never been on a cruise ship so we are excited to hear we made a great choice. Hope you have a fabulous time
