The Recoleta area is very nice with great restaurants all around. You can walk to many interesting places or take a bus or taxi. My favorite steakhouse: El Mirasol de la Recova.

Some cruise lines have started to charge for "premium" food items such as lobster and filet etc. Does Celebrity charge for certain food items in the main dining room or specialty restaurants?
