Sailing on the Beyond Jan 15. I don't see the option to make a reservation for Le Grande Bistro. Is this normal?

Quick question about luggage tags... We have been on the Edge and Solstice previously in Sky Suites and this next trip we are on the Beyond in an Aqua Sky Suite. Previous cruises our luggage tags had the letter A on them and this time they have the letter B. Just curious what the letters mean.
