You will arrange this with the duty Maitre 'D well in advance on the afternoon of embarkation day.
Visit the main Britannia Restaurant ( usually between 1pm - 2pm) and make your request known. DO NOT wait until the evening as you will need to arrange the additional seating in advance, it may need a table change to accommodate all your group.
This makes perfect sense, thank you! Will my table in Club still be available? Say if on the fourth night my partner and I want to eat in Club?

Hi there!
I'm taking the crossing next week from Red Hook (where I live, actually) to Southampton on the Queen Mary 2 with my partner and a bunch of friends; we're celebrating the impending darkness of my middle age, lol, as I'm turning 40 on January 8th. I was just upgraded for free from Britannia to Britannia Club, which is great, but the rest of my group was not (so far). The whole point was to eat together, so I'm a little worried it will now be complicated to eat in the main Britannia dining room when me and my partner are assigned to Club. Does anyone have any recent experience with this? It's unclear to me if it's the kind of thing where we can all just show up and get seated in the main restaurant, or if it's something I need to pre-arrange, or if it's even possible.

@Victoria2 yes, we're all linked and with the same late seating.
