@Lillibet16Did your original booking include drinks or tips? We are on Beyond at end of Feb in Concierge and also looking to bid on Sky Suite and those minimums look very similar to mine and we do not have the drinks/tips included in our base fare. (Not sure it matters though.) Thanks!
