I had a similar experience to jtrollin. NCL would not help at all when airline delays caused me to miss the cruise. i had to pay over $600 to get to the port from the airport. I have seen websites selling cruises that advertise it is best to get airfare from the cruiseline so the cruiseline will get you to the port if anything goes wrong. i suggest getting everything in writing so you have a backup plan...just in case!
