Long story short; I was stricken w/ severe pneumonia on my cruise. Day 6 the Captain announced over speakers “wearing a mask” is highly advised. I spent over 30 hours in the Medical Center (the doctors and nurses we exceptional in my recovery) plus the costs. I’ve reached out to Princess 4 times trying to get a copy of my folio showing I paid for medical costs ( as I am trying to get reimbursed). I did get one but only through 6/3 embarkation was 6/10/23. After “live chat “ yesterday I should get a complete folio 5/27/23-6/10/23. Today I again “live texted” w/ representative inquiring of any future credits I may be entitled to for being under Dr care and not being allowed to take scheduled tours. Attached is her response. Beware to new cruisers to Princess Cruise Line as it will be inevitable you will get sick on a cruise!

I was on Enchanted 5/27-6/10/23, Barcelona to Athens. Day 5 (Genoa, Italy) I started with a head cold coughing, sneezing, etc. @ day I felt a little worse. Husband went to medical center told them of symptoms gave some DM cough syrup. Fast forward to day 11 went to medical center was diagnosed w/ pneumonia in right lung. Spent 30 hours in medical center getting medication intravenously and put on oxygen. Oxygen level was in high eighties. DR said if I didn’t improve overnight I would be ambulanced off ship to hospital in Istanbul, Turkey. Luckily I improved. Was confined to my stateroom on oxygen remainder of cruise. Finally got my oxygen up to 95 so was able to fly home. The medical staff was fantastic did everything in their power to get me better. I give the staff high praise. on day six the captain announced something was going around ship and suggested masking up. I feel the crew knew a virus was going around and should have commented sooner. the DR’s said the influenza is going around Europe and Asia. take all precautions!

Will be sailing 5/27, anyone have info on the amount of obstructed view for room e305?
