Nice review and great pics. I guess this was the three day as opposed to the four day? I'm considering the 4 day for a couples only vacation for dh and I. In your aft cabin, could you sit in the window? We love being aft and I think it would be relaxing sitting in the window as I've seen others do in the porthole cabins.

Is everything you purchase at HMC added to your sign and sail or can you pay by cash? I'm having a terrible time figuring out how much cash I will need for HMC, Grand Turk, and Nassau.

I've tried the most recently posted recipe twice and I don't think it's correct. I have no idea what "black chocolate" is but the bittersweet is not sweet enough and the semi-sweet is a bit too sweet. It seems the eggs are maybe too many? Something but I can't quite put my finger on it. The batter is pretty thick and slimy (the eggs I guess) and so the middle is never really "liquid", just more like pudding. My kids ate it up but we all agreed that it is a distant 2nd to Carnival's. Maybe I'll try some of the box recipes suggested. We don't have any Trader Joes nearby.
