So, I had this promo code on my reservation from March, and it stayed on even when I got a price adjustment in June. I upgraded my cabin to a suite from oceanview (by paying), and the agent accidentally knocked off all my codes. I called back, and got them all re-added except for the LATDBLX. I made the argument that it should have stayed (my booking date is still in March, and my reservation number didn't change), but the resolutions desk told the agent and me to pound sand.
This doesn't sound right. What avenues can I take to escalate this? (It's kinda valuable, as it's for an 18 day cruise later this year...)
