We have used Shore Excursions group many times and have had good communication with them. No issues. They used to offer a discount if you booked through Costco travel but that has expired.

Thanks for checking! I tried the same website just now but am still getting the error. I was trying to book the 9:07AM train out of Civitavecchia ( Tutte Le Stazioni ) to Roma Ostensia, R 5851. Only stop is Roma San Pietro. Is there a different express train?

Hi all, First off, thanks for all the helpful information in this topic! We are planning on taking the Civitavecchia express train from the cruise port to Rome on 7/20. On the Trenitalia website, the train route is visible but it says “We are sorry, this travel solution cannot be purchased on this sales channel”. Is there a different website to book tickets, or do we just need to wait? Thanks!
