No problem ~
and believe it or not we brought 2 out of 3 back home full as with the ability to bring on 2 bottles of wine and my coco locos, I didn't find the need for the other rum runners:):)

Kids are now allowed in the CL but not the DL.
Our 16 yr old son was allowed in the DL and he does look young for his age. He also has rightfully earned his own "D" status. He's polite and knows how to behave with class. So maybe it all depends upon who's in charge.:)

On ships that have a true Diamond Lounge, there is no special breakfast for Diamond and above.
I beg to differ as we sailed on the Freedom and being Diamond members they still had a special breakfast (champagne/OJ) in the middle of the week.
Thank you RCCL for making it extra special:):)

Has anyone used the 2-4-1 service parking that is only 3 blocks away from port. It has 24 hour security, lighted lot, and gated. The cost is only $5.99....

Who was your CD and do you know if they will be on the Oasis in December?
Already booked our entertainment and specialty rest. so we're good there.
Ninety days and counting.

May not be similar but you'll be able to mingle with the rest of the guests on board:D

Just got confirmation that early seating on FOS has been changed to 5:30p rather than 6p. Has anyone been on FOS since the time change and therefore have the showtimes changed as well. Does any one have a current Compass reflecting the change?
Also, just saw that the CD will change on 2/21 from Allan Brooks to Abe Hughes.... any comments on Abe?
Thanks
Then what time would 2nd seating be? 8PM???

I believe that I read somewhere that 8410 vs. 8412 has somewhat of an obstructed balcony view. Check RCCL website to be sure. That is the sole reason why we dropped that corner aft but won't know for sure if it was a smart move until we set sail.

Ok, this is must my personal opinion. I've been on the FOS and will be sailing on her again in March. In any event, the ship is BIG! The only difference that I persoanlly noticed was the length compared to the Voyager class ships. It seems like an endless hallway. However, I don't have any walking problems so... I'm ok. Your friend definitely has some walking.
Now, I looked at the floor plan. #9392 is basically all the way back and if your TA can't get you the E2 hump #7340 then I say keep the E1 as the aft back has a breath taking panoramic view and the balconies are deeper. hence... more room.
Your TA really should not have a problem. It's just extra work on his/her part waiting on the phone until the other end can see if in fact the room is still available and then it's paper work/computer button pushing,,,,,etc...
Time is the thing and the commission I think would be less too.
So............ from a TA's point of view is why would they want to do extra work and get less commission? They would rather not but good TA business down the road would be worth it and it's also the right thing to do for their clients if at all possible.
I'd call RCCL and simply ask could my travel agent be able to do this for you if they would call them directly as you can't since you don't control the booking. Only real downfall when you don't do it yourself is the control factor.
Hope this helps.

Maybe inthe future RCCL will have vacation packages to Labadee. Can you imagine staying there for a week? Just a slice of heaven to me! Doing the Feedom once again in March but the eastern route. Maybe Coco Cay will grow too.

Would you please send me the daily compass and dining menus too?
I would greatly appreciate it!

Oh, they also had a non-alcohol one for $24. for 12 drinks. It was great for the children that wanted a virgin pina colada or strawberry daq. especially during the shows. They felt so grown up without putting one in the poor house. My boys don't drink soda so this was great for us too.

RCCL did at one time a few years back on the Mariner. It was 10 or 12 drinks of your choice for I beleive $45+ tax. Great deal so I'm sure that's why they got rid of it.
Is Richard Spacey still cruising?
in Royal Caribbean International

Oh, that means he's on for our voyage 6/30 which is his last trip before he leaves on vacation. I consider that very lucky on our part as we heard so much about him.:D
We also do like Ken Rush but I can understand the "company man" statement earlier. That's probably why he is always the first CD to go with the first sailing on any RCCL ship. He does what the company wants to hear.:rolleyes:
