If you like a beach and have never been to Barbados before Carlisle Bay is my favorite beach of all. Soft sand, specular view, vendors should you want something a new food court has opened next to Copacabana with all you would want. The East side of the Island is rocky with cliffs and surf rolling in from the Atlantic Ocean, if you like surfing, go there at Bathsheba.
