I recently took an Alaskan cruise on Holland America. I won some money in the casino, but didn't have a chance to cash in my winnings before we arrived in port and the casino was closed. I submitted a request for payment through Global Casino Services (Carnival). Has anyone out there had experience with this? Do you know how long it normally takes to get a check? I am really hoping I will get paid my balance. It was over 1000.00. This was my first cruise.
