Is the the gratuity noted here separate from the cost of drink? Meaning if I order a drink that is 7$ then the 1.40$ added as gratuity still leaves me under Classic drink package max. OR will the 7$ be covered by my package and the gratuity have to be paid either by credit card or OBC??

In the last several months, in preparation for our Western Caribbean cruise on the Apex, I’ve been binging cruise planning YouTube videos. Initially all the counsel was to make sure any power strips were ‘cruise approved’ (non surge protected). Recently a couple of the better known YouTubers have said that cruise lines are confiscating ALL power strips. Can anyone confer or deny this referencing a recent cruise on the Apex?
