Captain said today that we will be entering the Vancouver Harbor at 15:00 on Thursday, docking between 21 and 22:00 in Vancouver Thursday.

I noticed the price went down today and today is the last day to book for a 12/28 sailing. It refunded the money and sent a canceled email but is it is still showing reserved in cruise planner. Any ideas? They are closed.
