We are sailing on Celebrity for the First time and in June (Italy/Croatia) and looking for info on how dining times work. When is early seating? Late? What is the Anytime Dining? Pros/Cons? Thx!

We are doing this before our cruise in June. Do you have recommendations on restaurants, food tours, cooking classes or other unique experiences in Civitavecchia?

We are going on the Constellation to Italy/Croatia in June and some of the excursions are already sold out and some ports don't have many options. Will more options be added? Do they hold space on excursions for people to sign up on-board or are we out of luck on the ones that are sold out? Thank you!
