  1. I have noticed they rate you on your last cruise and update your offers accordingly. I booked a bunch of cruises out into next year so the figured why not take it easy and skip the casino. I did not hit the DOU number that trip and my next set of offers had that perk removed. I was getting a good amount of fun play and Oceanview rooms and I do think the offers slowly get worse every expiration cycle. Since that adjustment I get just a free interior and no other perks.
  2. I'm not sure how much of an impact this may have, but when they send out surveys they ask for your income , why you like cruising, and why you would gamble. Lets just say they may value high income earners, that cruise primarily to enjoy the casino , and state they gamble for entertainment and not because they are an addict. *There is a correct answer they are looking for. just tell them what they want to hear. Be interested in the onboard spend activities, bars, casino, excursions, spa, shopping ect...
  3. I was also looking for an answer to this question . This is what happens when I try to remove the 2nd person from my comped casino cruise. Seem like its worth paying the $100 to avoid hassle/refunds/unknowns IMO
