Try calling this number which I found under ‘Need help booking Anytime Dining and requesting table size’ ….Cruise Planner 800-722-5941….…I assume it is an American number …here in the UK we have 0800 numbers not 800 ones.

It was just ‘ there’ ….ages since I did it .Maybe phone Celebrity .If I have any queries like this I ring my Celebrity Cruise Consultant , she is wonderful and always either knows or finds out things for me.

Very easy to do .I also took advantage of being able to choose table size . (2)

Also received email confirmation for all bookings I made .

Just checked ‘ Manage My Booking ‘ via the website and all the reservations I made using the planner are showing …..no effort , quick and easy.

I have booked all my ‘Anytime Dining’ times on the Apex in the planner for my July cruise .

Shame on them .

This happened last year with our Norway Silhouette cruise .I cancelled as I didn’t want Zeebrugge ( again) I rebooked on the Apex for July Arctic Circle/Norway .Just had notification some port times are now reduced by several hours due to ‘ speed restrictions’ .This is putting our ‘ booked with the ship excursion’ in Flam in jeopardy .The train is due to return to Flam at 3.40pm but the ship is now departing at 3pm .Lets hope they have spaces available on the train for earlier times …although my booking was to include a stop at the hotel at the top for an hour ( incl a snack)
