Oceania stops at an industrial port 18 kilometers away. They put a shuttle that runs every 25 minutes, if it's full you have to wait for another one to come.
It is a coach with 5 steps and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Drop off and pick up at the same point in the center.
On board Vista, deck 5 next to reception, at each port we stopped there was always a local guide who provided you with a paper map and information about what to visit.

Could someone give me the contact information of someone responsible for Oceania?
I have had a problem on board and the reception manager does not want to make it easy for me to explain my problem to a responsible superior. 

They do not face the guest, they send their subordinates.

Maybe in Miami or London they don't know this way of treating guests.

Could you find out what type of press we can order at Consergerie, can I order from my European country? What if freshly squeezed natural juices are only orange juices?  and sparkling water brands?

We have the simple moore drinks package, but I don't drink alcohol.
Is there a possibility of natural juice? is it orange? at any time of the day or just breakfast?
