Hi, I have download the MSC for me app on my Samsung handset and it works perfectly. However, my wife's iphone is not working and keeps to show the message saying "Sorry, cannot contact server, please try again....", this sentence is shown in Simplified Chinese that my wife does not set with this language.Can you provide me an advice to fix it please?
