We are sailing NCL Escape, disembarking in Barcelona 7/14. The arrival posted is 5 AM. Looking for feedback on which return flight for BCN -> JFK.

2:20 PM Azores Airlines - connecting through PDL 1hr 25min
11:50 AM Air Europa - connecting through MAD 2hr 10min
11:25 AM TAP Portugal - connecting through LIS 4hr 40min
I like the Air Europa flight. Is 11:50 AM is cutting it too close to disembark from the ship and make it to the airport? I remember doing self-disembarkation and getting a cab pretty quickly back in 2016, although we did not go directly to the airport at the time.
Azores seems more comfortable for making the departure flight, but I'm unfamiliar with PDL. Can anyone comment on if the 1hr 25min connection feels too short?
Prob won't go for the TAP flight, it's the earliest and a 4+ hr layover is quite long.
Which of these would you pick? Unfortunately we can't stay longer in BCN.
