New Orleans airport to convention area hotel?

arrived in NOLA in March 2024. Aside from standing in a long line at the CAB booth, there is a city rate restriction of $18 one way from the airport to Downtown NOLA Hotels. As you exit the airport, veer off to the left side and find the CAB booth and get in line. You might check with Uber/Lyft for the going rate.
