Hello! We're a family of 8 (including grandparents in their 60s to a baby who will be 13 months at the time of the cruise in Aug 2024). We will be on a 10 night cruise on the Celebrity Constellation. Our ports will be Trieste, Zadar, Split, Dubrovnik, Kotor, Brindisi & Salerno (starting in Ravenna & ending in Rome). We have plans for Venice and Rome but would like to do 2-3 excursions in the other ports. Could you please recommend which ports could be done on our own and which might be better on an organized tour? This might be highly subjective so perhaps the question is if you've had a memorable / exceptional excursion at any of these ports that you would highly recommend, we'd love your recommendation. We would definitely like to do an excursion in the Amalfi coast.
