I have to agree with rajraj!!!
We went to El Cid using Resort for a day. The resort was very nice but premium alchohol was not included which is not an issue except Jack Daniels is considered premium AND there was NO bourbon option that did not require additional fees. When I contacted them via chat I was offered a 10% coupon on my next visit and basically told they do not know what each resort considered premium. Be very careful when reading the website and inquire inquire inquire, for us we will never use them again. Customer service is terrible. Problem resolution terrible.
