  1. We were just on the Joy a couple of weeks ago. There is a Haven section in the theater indicated with tan slip covers over the seats. I have heard that if it's very crowded they will give up those seat to non Haven folks once the show is about to start.
  2. Thank you GALSews for your comments. Can you tell me if you were actually on the Aqua or one of the other Prima class ships? I would hope they didn't change the policy for the Aqua. Cruiseny4life, thank you and that makes sense to me given how the Joy was set up. Part of the confusion I think is that they are labelling the deck 16 as the Haven sun deck as well as the sun deck on 17. So the snapshot you provided could possibly apply to deck 16 as well since they are both called haven sun deck.
  3. Tried to submit this already so hopefully it's not a duplicate. My family and I travelled on the Joy Haven twice now and really enjoyed it each time. My family includes my 6 year old grandson. My concern is the future Bermuda cruises moving to the new Aqua ship. My understanding from our NCL personal cruise consultant is that the Haven pool deck (which is outside now) is only for ages 16+. This seems contrary to all the family style rooms they have in the Haven. If I can't have my family with me in the Haven I might have to look elsewhere for the next cruise. My cruise consultant told me that I can try and see if anyone complains but that is a lot of money to risk to have someone complain and ruin our week. Does anyone have any information on this policy and if there is a chance they might relax it? Thank you.
