I had a similar issue. It was because down to me using Kev instead of Kevin on one of my bookings. When they updated the name to Kevin everything sorted itself out.

We have had several cruises since COVID. For a while we thought the standards had slipped but on our last cruise (Britannia Caribbean) we thought that they had picked up their game again. We generally do not do the main dining rooms, since I can no longer bother getting dressed up, but use the select venues most nights and the buffet in between. There were some new 'local celebrity' items on the Beach House menu that were excellent and the food in the buffet was as good as any we have had on a cruise. I miss some of the cabin features we used to get, turn down, coming back to a nicely lit cabin, chocolate on the pillow etc., but none are deal breakers.

Hello everyone, I have recently received a cancer diagnosis. The good news is that it is thought to be treatable and the prognosis is good (expected to be a total surgical removal). I suspect that this will have a significant impact to my travel insurance costs, but I have a couple of questions: 1. If it is effectively removed through surgery does it need to be declared (since I would then be cancer free)? 2. Any good suggestions for travel insurance company that covers cruisers with such conditions (my current company won't cover it) Thank you!

Hi, it has been many years since we sailed with Princess (2004 on the Royal Princess). Since then we have sailed with Royal Caribbean, Celebrity and P&O. I was wondering what is Princess in 2024 like compared to Princess 20 years ago?

I have successfully applied for my share benefit for my upcoming cruise but intend to Bed&ISA my 100 Carnival shares (on the same platform). Will I need to set up the Shareperks app again or will they be able to track this? Thanks!
