Now I am really excited to visit half moon cay! Thanks all

Great to hear! Thank you. Do they also have a lunch buffet on the island like on coco cay?

We love Coco Cay, but are somewhat considering a carnival itinerary that would stop at their private island, half moon cay. Can anyone that has been to both please give me a comparison?
Thank you.

we were there in october and only the shop was open. the employee stated that the rest of the property was undergoing renovations

My kids always loved the wyndham because of the slide there. it also had a swim up bar that the adults could sit at and keep an eye on the kids. I have not been there for a couple of years though. I read somewhere where the swim up bar was closed but not sure when that was. Maybe scuba girl might know

we were just there in October. My husband and brother did a dive with stuarts cove and just raved about it. They can't wait to do it again

thanks for the replies! We usually get connecting with the kids. This is for our annual girls cruise and we usually have even numbers, but this year someone could not go and no one wants to sleep on a "bunk"

Is there such a thing as a room/suite large enought to accommodate 5 female adults?

Hi all! I am looking at sailing on the Carnival Paradise in March 2014. I usually sail Royal, but my sister in law and brother in law sail this every year and always have a great time so I am very excited.
Can anyone tell me if Carnival usually has price drops like royal does? I recently paid $379 pp for myself and three other family members and after final payment, the price dropped to $169 pp. So......I am debating if I should book now or wait a little bit. I just wasnt sure if Carnival usually did price drops. Thank you!

Have fun!
Tmobile at sea-opinions of service

I have tmobile. We did just as they said and had no problems. We were not able to text while at sea, but usually had no problems in port. Also while in port you can usually find a place with free wifi. I allowed my daughter, 18, to text her boyfriend while in port. I just gave her a limit of like 4 texts each port. Just enough to check in (we were only on a quick 3 night). Also, tmobile now has free international roaming. Not sure where you are cruising to, but they did have some caribbean ports that were included in this. Unfortunately, the bahamas is not one of them.
