Maybe it also has to do with the number of people onboard. I was onboard Quest the other week and there was indeed one show each night at 9:15, but we were supposedly sailing with just a little over 500 passengers. That may be not enough for two shows a night and would lead to a half empty theater all the time.

Just returned from a cruise oboard Quest from Istanbul to Piraeus. Embarkation in Galataport was a breeze! All posts above are correct, but... if you have a taxi driver that knows his/her way around, you will be dropped off underground which is where the actual terminal is. The taxi drove inside the terminal, was inspected by security guards and then allowed to proceed to the actual Azamara check-in terminal. Our suitcases were picked up curbside right next to where we got out of the taxi. 20 mins later we were onboard. The taxi company we used is Welcome Pickups.

I can confirm that this 'trick' also worked in my case. I had booked my first Azamara cruise, then canceled it and from that moment on my points and tier would not show up anymore on Azamara, Celebrity and RCI. Deleting the loyalty number on my profile and then re-adding it fixed the issue. I did this on my Celebrity account, but I guess it would also have worked if I had done this on either the Azamara or RCI website.

Ah, that works! I had read "the other thread" but that thread was about the app on your phone... My app currently doesn't let me access my profile because I do not have a Celebrity cruise booked. But it turns out that you can apply the same fix on the website: 1. Log in to your account 2. Go to "Settings" 3. Click "My loyalty". This will show you the loyality numbers for Celebrity Cruises, Azamara and RCI 4. Delete the Celebrity number and click "Save" 5. Re-enter your number and click "Save" again. Fixed! Sorry if these steps were already discussed elsewhere.

Yes, same problem here. When I log on (on the website) it says: 0 points and that I need 2 points to reach Classic Tier. Also, on Azamara my tier and points cannot be shown
