  1. Thank you for your reply. The person I spoke with at Royal told me he could take them for payment, but my cruise was already paid off. He couldn't take them for OBC.
  2. Hello All, I received Egift cards from my children for Christmas, not the normal Royal Gift Certificates. These cards have numbers like a credit card with an expiration date and CVV number. When I went to redeem them on the Royal website, only the "normal" redemption form is there, with an authorization number along with a certificate number. I called to redeem them and was told I have to wait until I get on the ship & go to customer service to redeem them. Has anyone else had any experience doing this? I'm worried that once I get onboard they won't be accepted and it's quite a bit on money that I wanted to use as OBC. Thank you all for your help with this! Have a great day!
  3. Hello Everyone, I have several cruises booked for next year that I booked at Next Cruise while onboard. The balcony discount I used to get was $250 if booked more than 6 months out. I do book as a solo and have recently reached 340 C & A points. Now I'm being told that I'll only receive $188 discount since I'm getting a "single" rate. I'm definitely not getting a single rate, it's a 1.5 rate as I've been told. I did book a "single" rate when I booked a solo cabin on the Anthem and it was half of the cruise fare. What I'm paying for my upcoming cruises is not half of the cost. Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks so much! Mommomporkchop Kathy
  4. Thank you everyone. I did pick the ship/date while at the NextCruise desk. I know I've gotten price reductions before when I booked NextCruise and never lost any OBC. The agent told me someone probably made a mistake. Guess I'll call back. Thanks again!!
  5. Good Afternoon, I booked a B2B on the Oasis sailing October 15 & 22, 2023. I did book while onboard at NextCruise and received $150 OBC for each trip. I see that the prices have dropped a good amount so I called RCCL. I was told that because I booked these weeks at NextCruise in order to reprice to the cheaper price I would lose all OBC. I'm not sure if this is right so wanted to reach out here because I think I'd get correct answers. If this is the way it is, so be it, but wanted to see if I should question this further to a supervisor. Thanks for your help!
  6. Thanks so much. We're sailing at the end of September so you're right, things may be totally different by then. I am so very very happy to be sailing again too, so if I'm in a line around the building, so be it, I'll still be happy lol
  7. Hello Everyone, This is my first time in a suite and was wondering if, when I check in do I still pick a time to arrive at Cape Liberty. I think there is priority boarding, but don't know about the arrival time. Thanks so much! Kathy
