  1. For future questions like this go to marinetraffic.com and choose the location or ship of interest.
  2. Yes, we got it posted to our HAL/Barclay card in a day or two ... but that was in normal times. It took us about 18 months to spend that huge credit because we couldn't book another cruise for a while.
  3. It just worked fine for me. (Windows 10, Chrome) What kind of error are you getting?
  4. Nice to see a new thread that's NOT about the virus and cancellations! My last N.A. cruise (12/14) might be older than your last E'dam cruise but I would be happy to try to answer any specific questions that you have. You can still order hot breakfast in your cabin. Since our last cruise (12/16) they have added some extra-cost items.

  6. I think the cruise lines should quietly make exceptions for some people, allowing them to stay on the ship until they are closer to home rather than on the other side of the world.
  7. See this thread, starting at post #22:
  8. I believe they would give you back the insurance premium as well, but have never had a cruise cancelled on me.
  9. It's always been 90% AFAIK. That's what we got back on one cancellation. https://www.hollandamerica.com/en_US/pre-post-travel-cruise/cancellation-protection-plan.html
  10. If you mean Upper Respiratory Infection, DH and I often come home with one, but not always.
  11. If they went home I believe a lot would not return.
  12. In that case I can't figure out what cabins you were looking into. 😃
  13. Not quite. You DO get the credits if the original price plus the upgrade price equals the current "published fare". As crystalspin said:
