We have an overnight stop in Reykjavik 3rd/4th September which falls on a Sunday/Monday. Has anyone got any experience of renting a car please?

Depends on what you drink.
We don't drink any alcohol so our Elite+ unlimited free lattes/teas/chocolate plus we can collect enough canned/bottled water to get us through the next day between 5 and 7 pm is far better for us than Royals limited offer.
The same goes for the internet - 240 minutes each to use as we want works far better than Royals "24 hour blocks" .
My thoughts exactly, looking forward to our !st cruise as elite plus!

If you booked a select fare the P&O shuttle buses are free. On a saver fare they are £4 each way. The scan your cruise card when you board the shuttle.
Thank you

They also offered a boat option in May to help ease queues. This arrived behind the university in the cathedral area and was about 8-10 minutes walk to the harbour area. I believe shuttles were £5.00 each way.
Thank you

Hi, this will be our 1st time on P &O in 20 years, we are sailing on Arvia on 11th June, does anyone know the cost of shuttles in the mediterranean, specifically in Marseille and how close to the old port they drop you?
Really appreciate any help.

Flights, pre-cruise hotel, private transfers and cruise all booked direct with Celebrity, in the event of cancelling under the CWC, with the future cruise credit cover all these expenses or just the cruise portion?

4 of 8 Celebrity ships currently with passengers are in Green status (no COVID at all). It would be safe to assume Celebrity is taking the more conservative approach for the time being.
Discontinuation of Isolation for Travelers (Crew and Passengers)
- To calculate the traveler’s isolation period, day 0 is their first day of symptoms or the day of their positive viral test if asymptomatic.
- Isolation may be discontinued for symptomatic travelers with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 after 10 days from symptom onset, if they are fever-free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication and their other symptoms have improved (loss of taste and smell may persist for weeks or months after recovery and need not delay the end of isolation). Isolation may be discontinued for asymptomatic travelers with confirmed COVID-19 after 10 days from their first positive viral test.
-
Alternatively, at the cruise ship operator’s discretion, isolation may be discontinued for:
-
symptomatic travelers with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 after 5 days from symptom onset, if:
- they are fever-free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication and their other symptoms have improved (loss of taste and smell may persist for weeks or months after recovery and need not delay the end of isolation), and
-
they have two negative antigen [12] tests collected at least 24 hours and no more than 48 hours between tests.
- If either test result is positive, traveler should continue to isolate for a full 10 days.
- If both test results are negative, travelers can end isolation, but must continue to properly wear a well-fitting mask when outside of cabin (indoors and outdoors) during days 6-10. During this time, these individuals must have in-cabin dining and also wear a well-fitting mask inside their cabin if any other person (e.g., a crew member) enters the cabin.

If testing positive onboard and having to move to a quarantined cabin, does anyone know how long before being allowed out?

When is this? As of today Celebrity is not visiting Bermuda.
April 8th TA

Celebrity would likely not call on any port that required all passengers to be tested. It would be a logistical nightmare as well as very expensive.
Only passengers tested are those who are doing B2B and they are tested the day before the end of the cruise.
We are on the Silhouette TA calling into Bermuda, I believe they still require testing?
-
Hi, are Celebrity doing regular testing once onboard or just if it is a requirement to go ashore?
-
I have seen references to specific decks for those poor passengers in quarantine, does anyone know where these are on Silhouette?
I assume that regardless of the cabin you have paid for, you could have to quarantine in an inside cabin?

You won't be asked for the printed ticket, when you get to the ship they will just ask you for your name and give you your ship card and then take a photo of you to put on the system. But always a good idea to have access to a copy so that if there is a problem you can show what you booked.
Yes, will do

Hi...we are off on our cruise on Friday. Any recommendations on the various ports of call would be much appreciated. We don’t do the ‘ships’ trips. Many thanks 😀😀
We will be with you onboard, 1st Marella cruise for us, looking forward to some sunshine!

I wouldn't bother printing anything more than the first page of your E ticket that shows your booking ref and date etc , never needed or been asked for it in 80+ cruises , once went with nothing more than a booking ref no ,no flight tickets, no nothing , simply gave the ref no at the airport check in.
OK thank you, have all your cruises been with Marella? we have done 30+ but mostly with Celebrity, this is our 1st with Marella as it is the only ship doing Canary Islands in the winter

Going on our 1st Marella cruise next week, I have checked in and printed our boarding passes, do I need to print off the cruise tickets too or is it sufficient to keep on my phone?
