Not sure where you're looking where you don't see all of the options.  The deckplans on their website after the refurb show Le Petit Chef at Qsine and Sushi on Five in addition to Murano and Tuscan Grille.  These are all on Deck 5.

Other than changing Qsine or Silk Harvest to La Petit Chef, I don't believe there are any current plans to add or subtract any of the existing restaurants.

Thank you for responding.  I just wasn't sure that was what I was looking at.

  2. We have been wanting to make reservatons for a celebration on the Silly after she comes out of drydock.  However, it is only showing Tuscan, Murano and the Grill for speciality restuarants.   Will there be any additions to the options?   Thank you in advance for your input.

  3. We use Ginger Tablets. We start taking them the day before we board and then continue till we get our sea legs. If queasiness starts then we just start taking them again. It was worked wonders for my hubby who gets very sea sick. Def check with your MD or pharmacist to make sure there are no interactions no matter what you take.

  4. Well if we don't like it we can always head to the Club for a traditional evening of wild discovery.

"Once the kids are in bed, The Club transforms into a place of wild discovery. The nightlife here is full of engaging moments you’ll be talking about for days after—or maybe you’d prefer to keep them to yourself. One thing is for sure though, a night in The Club will have you ready to come back for more."

I am really intrigued by this - I really will have to see what is going on there. :D

    I know right!!

  5. We were told by a transit worker that you can use the same credit card 2x in the same day but after that it will be declined. We added what we thought we would need and still had a few dollars left on it so we gave it to a young woman with children that we saw exiting the station.

  6. We have cruised CC several times and never really used any of the perks that came with the room. We mostly chose it because of cabin location and availability of cabins together. However, we sailed in May to Bermuda and used the concierge twice. Once we needed to make changes on an excursion and rather than take valuable vacation time to do this ourselves we told him what we needed and left for the day to explore and when we came back he had everything arranged like we requested and sent a bottle of wine to the room! The second occasion was with dining. We had been wait listed for early dining so we were in select which was fine however, we really liked our service team in the MDR so we asked if the concierge would be able to get us reservations at the same table each night so we could stay with the service team. Again a short time later he called and said it was arranged. Sure beat the many trips made to the MDR to arrange it ourselves. Thinking back this was the first time that we even knew where to find the concierge. While waiting in line to check in he was going through the line to introduce himself and he was giving his cards out again something that we had never seen before. Definitely a step in the right direction for superior service.

  7. We visited a few years ago and did a private whale watch with M/V SCANIA Adventures in Alaska with Captain Alan and Captain Jack” We are going back in August and loved it enough to book again. Small group no big boat fighting for rail time. Capt Alan was knowledgeable and personable. Will sing their praises all day!
