I have Verizon and I bought the package too...I had no billing problems at all my problem was I had no service! I had service in San Juan but not St Thomas?? I was not too happy about that but thought what did I pay for? BUt oh well.

We have cruised several times with friends and we just say we don't have to do everything together....we usually eat in the buffett for breakfast so we will pick an area and that will be our meeting point. On port days we're usually all up and going at the same time so thats no problem. Also by the pools we tend to pick a meeting area or we try to be in the same vicinity. On a few cruises our cabins were near each other if not next to each other so it was easy. When we are next door to each other we have a little rule...if our balcony curtains are closed we aren't up yet so we know we can just go without each other. But in the long run its your vacation so you do what you want.

My opinion....you guys will be fine. We have never had any problems anywhere we have gone. Aruba & Bonaire are gorgeous and very friendly people. I am from Chicago and at times think its more dangerous here then in the Caribbean.

I do bring some sort of snacks...as somebody else said for port days. We usually do all beaches for our ports so to sit on a beach for how many hours you tend to get a bit peckish and then later on we'll buy lunch. We usually have some cocktails so the snacks also help with absobing some of that.:)

We've never been on a 3-4 day sailing, but I imagine you are correct. We typically do a 7 night and the ship has a lot of families. I have yet to see a drunk throwing up on a Carnival ship, although I heard all the stories about it. However, as we were waiting to debark the Caribbean Princess yesterday I went to the bathroom just outside of the dining room we were waiting in and walked in on a lady doing just that on the floor! Not in the toilet she was sitting beside, but on the floor in the stall. (She didn't lock it so I didn't realize someone was in there) I left immediately and told the first employee I found and they quickly took care of it. Now I have no way of knowing if she was sick from drinking the night before or if she was just sick, but I found it quite odd that she was throwing up on the floor beside the toilet.

I did two of the 3 day & one 4 day thru my company so again I can't complain...it was free and we had a great time. Unless the ship is sinking I'm going to have a good time on a cruise. I have done a 5 day on Carnival but after doing 7 days 5 is just not long enough so its been 7 day ever since and this time 8 day on the Breeze. You don't know if that woman was sick from drink or not but just the thought....

We have sailed both Princess & Carnival....our first choice was Princess. We went on Carnival because it was given to me thru my work. We did 3 cruises (3&4 day) on Carnival thru work and were going on 7 day sailing on Princess. We LOVED Princess compared to Carnival. But we decided that we should try Carnival on a longer sailing...we figured the 3-4 day ships were probably not their nicest. We haven't gone back to Princess since. We would go back to Princess if we got a decent price....I love them both.

We had Dr. E on the Glory last fall and he was a blast!!! Never been on with Matt so we will get to experience that Oct 10th

I have always done Mai Tais or daquiris but last year it was Miami Vice! YUMMY

SaltWind....Don't worry I am not the smoker, I am however traveling with 3 smokers. 2 smoke regular cigs and 1 vapes. We have cruised before and know all the rules regarding smoking but wasn't sure about vaping. Personally growing up in a home with parents who smoke and marrying a smoker it does bother me. The vaping does not bother me at all...but I am not the type of person who because I don't smoke then nobody should. Too each his own.

Hi..we will be joining you all on this cruise too! There are 6 of us total. My name is Brenda my DH Rich and our friends Keith, Karen, Tricia, & Doug. Myself & Rich have been to these ports multiple times but this will be the firdt time on the Breeze. I hear very good things about her so I'm very excited. Our group are all early 40's and love to have a good time. Looking forward to getting to know everyone over the coming months.

Looking for suggestions or ideas...we'll be getting back into POM on Saturday morning...out flight is at 4pm from FLL looking to find something to do instead of sitting in the airport all day. Car rentals, day rates at hotels, tours? Any info is appreciated.

I've been to Margaritaville a few times...the worst thing that I have seen is a dance contest and I don't think it was inappropriate...they can see some of that on DWS show. I will be there in a couple of weeks and we're going to hit Jacks and Margaritaville.

We prepay the gratuities too. As somebody said its just a preference. I also consider it part of the total cost and like having it paid off ahead of time.

Thanks for sharing your cruise with us....I'll be on the Glory in 83 days but who's counting...lol. I have been on a 2.0 ship already so it seems that its pretty similar. Awesome that your DH won the free cruise...how did he win it??

We always drink the water onboard we think its fine....we also bring our own water.

I read that they give you a warning about the smoking and then you get the $250 charge. In regards to alcohol...they just confiscate it and return it at the end of the cruise. Thats if they catch it..we've had some taken away but they left a bottle ...not sure why.

We have always had a hair dryer in all our cabins. Yhe shampoo is ok but if youre used to your own like I am then no biggie to bring it along.

We were on the Liberty and there was mainly football on in there on Sundays but since the season hasn't started I would think theyd be able to help ya out. My DH seems to think that they would def have it on for ya.

Me personally would hit the running/walking track. Nothing better then exercising to the sun coming up.
