  3. We used the CVS Testing with the Minute Clinic. Got our test results in 12 minutes. It was so easy!

  6. I have used this service in the past. I am wondering after Covid if it is still available. I see it on the Royal website, but not sure if it was updated. Luggage Valet is a service offered onboard which enables guests to bypass traditional airport check-ins. Guest who participate will be processed onboard the ship and receive their airline boarding passes, luggage tags as well as baggage claim checks for their checked-in luggage. Luggage Valet is offered at a minimal fee, plus the airline luggage fees. The per person fee is waived for guests staying in Grand Suites and above. Royal Caribbean's Luggage Valet Program offers the following benefits: Check-In for your flight onboard. Receive your boarding passes and luggage tags in your stateroom. Luggage will be transported directly from your stateroom to the airport and onto your flight. No need to wait in lines to check-in at the airport. International and Domestic flights are accepted.   7. So is the World Cruise changing? We love Serenade so no biggie for us. Voyager will be sailing from FLL. Dear Travel Partner, We've been reviewing our upcoming 2023 deployment program and to provide our guests with the very best experience, we've decided to reposition some of our ships. Our original plan for Voyager of the Seas was to offer sailings departing from Copenhagen, Denmark and Stockholm, Sweden starting May 21st, 2023. Instead, Voyager will now sail from Fort Lauderdale, Florida beginning May 6th, 2023. Serenade of the Seas will now take its place and will offer similar itineraries! So, starting May 4th, 2022, we'll automatically move your clients to the new Serenade of the Seas sailing departing on the same day as their original Voyager of the Seas cruise. Your clients' vacation is important to us. While we're confident they'll have an amazing time onboard Serenade and enjoy many of the same features as Voyager, we still want them to have the flexibility to make the best decision for them and those in their party. Below, we've outlined their options along with a few additional details. Option 1: Stay onboard the new Serenade of the Seas cruise. We'll automatically move them to the Serenade of the Seas sailing departing on the same day as their original cruise. So, there's nothing for you to do! Their new sailing will still offer the same beautiful ports of call as their original cruise, and it'll depart from the same destination. We'll move them to a like-for-like stateroom and their original stateroom category price will either be protected at their original cruise fare rate or reduced to the current cruise fare rate (whichever is lower). This excludes taxes, fees, gratuities, and other non-cruise fare items. If they were already paid in full and their cruise fare rate decreases, we'll provide them with a refund for the difference. They can expect to receive their refund to their original form of payment within 30 business days after we move them. Kindly note, refund times may vary depending on their financial institution. We'll send an updated reservation confirmation with their revised details to the email address on file as soon as their reservation has been completely updated with the pricing fully adjusted. Lastly, you'll receive protected commission. Option 2: Rebook any Royal Caribbean sailing. If they prefer to re-book a different sailing, we'll waive any non-refundable deposit change fees associated with the move. Please know, they'll be responsible for any difference in pricing for their cruise fare, taxes, fees, gratuities, and other non-cruise fare items. If they were already paid in full and their cruise fare rate decreases, we'll provide them with a refund for the difference. They can expect to receive their refund to their original form of payment within 30 business days after we move them. Kindly note, refund times may vary depending on their financial institution. Lastly, your commission will be based on the revised cruise fare paid. Option 3: If they can't find a new cruise itinerary and choose to cancel, we'll be sad to see them go. We'll process a full refund of any paid portion of their cruise fare (including non-refundable deposits) and any pre-paid amenities to the original form of payment, within 30 business days. If they used a Future Cruise Credit on this sailing, and they request a refund instead, we'll refund any NEW funds paid above the certificate amount and reinstate their original certificate. Lastly, you'll receive protected commission if the booking is paid in full only. There are a lot of moving parts when it comes to shifting sailings and rebooking guests, so please bear with us as we work to make this process easier for you and your clients. We'll begin moving reservations on May 4th, 2022. We expect moves for individual bookings to be complete by May 18th, 2022 and by May 25th, 2022 for all group bookings. We'll send an updated reservation confirmation with the revised details to the email address on file as soon as their reservation has been completely updated. If your clients prefer to go with Option 2 or 3, please call us at 888-281-9344 by May 18th, 2022. And know, hold times may be longer than usual. If we haven't heard from you by May 18th, 2022, they'll remain booked on the alternate Serenade of the Seas sailing.   8. I haven't flown Delta in ages. For our Alaskan cruise with Air2Sea we are on Delta from JFK to SEA on a 757. I see that Delta has the back seats built in entertainment with a jack. Can we use wireless headphones with these? or do I need to buy the old headphones with a jack?
