I'm no mathematician, but isn't this a worse deal than their usual 40% off every guest "sale"?🤔

Does anyone know when the prices for the specialty restaurants increased? On my app for my Beyond cruise in December, Eden is now showing $85 for a la carte, Fine Cut $75, le Voyage $125 a la carte or $155 for tasting menu, and Rooftop Garden Grill $50. I'm glad I made my reservations ahead of time! Only the Grand Bistro appears to be the same price as before at $30. I should note that when I go on the website (not the app) into my cruise planning, it still shows the old prices.

We're doing our first Christmas/NYE cruise on the Beyond this year, and like an insane person, I bought a pop up tree on Amazon that I'm planning on setting up in a corner of the room somewhere.😬 I also bought magnetic hooks and was planning on bringing socks to hang, one for us and one for the room attendant, and fill theirs with weird Canadian snacks and cash - but maybe that's a bad idea? I just feel bad they're all spending the holidays working, and thought it might be fun for them! I suppose I could just fill theirs with small bills instead of snacks..lol I'm hoping it won't feel too "weird" being away for Christmas, but we're childless and our last living parent passed away during the pandemic, so the last few Christmases have felt pretty weird anyway. Looking forward to a new experience!

I hopped back on these boards a month or two ago after a 10 year absence and your reviews have been such a highlight! You're an absolute delight to read, and since we'll be doing the Beyond holiday sailing in December, I'm especially looking forward to this review. (Also, as a fellow lawyer, you need to teach me your ways of travelling so much while remaining gainfully employed!!)

Reviving this old thread as I can't find the info I need for this tour - it says it's 5 hours. Is there a bathroom on the boat? If not, do they stop anywhere for bathroom breaks? My middle-aged thimble-sized bladder can't hold it in that long😬 but this tour otherwise looks interesting to me.

I'm very much enjoying your review! Since I'm hungry, I will focus on the cakes you posted above - are those for sale, or served by the slice? (i.e, how much weight do I need to lose before my upcoming cruise?)
