  1. Its been 2 yrs since we were last on RCCL - what is the towel policy? On Princess, last summer - you had a towel, if not returned you were charged for it. If I was responsible for the cost of a towel - I don't believe I would run off and leave it on a chair all day.

I am agreeing with most posters on here, you can tell if a chair is reserved, or if the chair is occupied and someone has gotten up to cool off or get an ice cream. If the bucket of beer is on my chair - and it has ice in it... it hasn't been 30 minutes!

  2. cb at sea... thank you for answering my question..... so they don't use the syrup coffee - great to know cause the syrup coffee tastes like (what I think) mud sludge would be like.

Princess uses syrup for their coffee but you can buy a coffee package and go to the coffee bar for brewed from beans coffee.

  3. We have been away from RCCL for 2 years, but have been sailing on Princess. I have become a coffee lover in the last couple of years - thinking of getting the drink package - I know Starbucks is on the Oasis - but not a lover of their coffee. It mentions premium coffee - where is this available? Is it brewed coffee, or the syrup coffee served in the MDR? Is it just referring to lattes, cappuccinos and expressos?

  4. If I have the Premium pkg and I buy a drink that is over my allotted $10, say the drinki is advertized as $11, - do they just charge the extra $1 to my seapass card, or am I not allowed to count that as a premium pkg drink and have to pay the whole $11, because I have gone over the allotted amt?

If you have the premium coffee pkg - does that mean its freshed brewed coffee from grounds and not syurp? ( I realize it isn't STARBUCKS).

If you have the premium pkg and ask the dining room waiter for premium coffee or herbal tea, will he be able to get the brewed kind - or will it be the same (regular stuff they serve that tastes like cruise coffee).

    Thanks in advance.

  5. When we cruise, we pick the cruise that goes to Labadee... it is our favorite island. So much to do and so beautiful. The water is tourqouise but you do need water shoes as it is not a soft and sandy beach. We zipline, parasail, snorkle, ride the water cycles and hate to leave when its time to board the ship.

Last time in Falmouth, we did the ship excursion... Iberostar Hotel for a day. All inclusive hotel, drinks, food, good service, right on the beach and has a pool. It was a great day.

Cozumel we went to Mr Sanchos, pool, beach, food, drinks and plenty to do.
