Symphony of the Seas..what deck for inside cabin?

Deck 8 is our choice as well. We love Central Park and Park Cafe is nice with a Freestyle machine if you have the soda package. -
We were on the Feb 4 sailing and the internet was primarily great. I did have one or 2 times where it wasn't working great in the theater area. I cycled the wifi of and back on and it was fine then.
