I'm with you guys. Not much new or informative on here recently. I usually take a look every day, but it doesn't take long to move on. I have an Aug. booking, so that keeps me hoping for new information.

Wherever I go while in St Thomas, I like to close it out with a trip to Paradise Point and a great Bushwacker!

Carnival says that they will make a decision by Friday concerning cruises beyond April 9. Expected to follow RCL and extend additional 30 days.

Since the President has stated that anyone who travels internationally may not get to return to the U.S. I would think that kills any chance of cruising in the near future. I have a booking on April 9 and I don't think that will happen. I hope Carnival will clarify soon.

HakunaMatada, I regret that I ne
ver had the pleasure of meeting Topher. Enjoy him on video.

I'll bet there will be a lot of people who don't get off at Bahamas no matter what they are told.

Grand Turk might be receiving punishment for turning the first ship away! They loose a ton of money when ships don't stop!

We still plan to cruise on April 19. Might be the least crowded cruise we have had, so I am really excited about it!

When I attempted to buy a gift card I received the message that I had bought my limit. I guess you only get 3, no matter how long between buys. That's the only reason I was a member.

We loved our Cove on the Dream. We are trying a Lido Balcony this trip. Not sure if it will be as good?!

That was awesome! Our first cruise was the maiden year of the Royal's Nordic Empress in 1990 and so much was similar. We were such cruising babies! Booked late an inside guarantee and ended up on the 10th floor with a outside! Couldn't stop hugging each other while jumping around!:D 19 cruises later, 14 on CCL have loved the changes and still love cruising. Really enjoyed the song, actually!
Our first cruise was on the Nordic Empress also. Our second was on the Holiday!

Ocho Rios is much different than Montego Bay. You might enjoy it more...and you are near Dunn's River Falls if you haven't seen that.

Can you carry a bottle of wine into any venue other than dining room?

You guys have provided just what I was looking for. Thanks for all your responses.

Thanks for this information. Are the balconies on both decks covered or uncovered and did you feel a lot of motion. We usually get a cabin lower and mid ship to prevent the motion.

About to book a balcony on the Glory. Does anyone know of any difference in Lido and Panorama balconies. Trying to decide which to book.

I've always called them "Drunk Taxies", but that is just from my experiences with them.

Bookbug53, I'm happy to see that one person was intelligent enough to provide an answer to the original question!

Thank you for a great review. I enjoyed every day of your cruise and all the photos made it special.

Why would it matter to you what brand of liquor is in the drink if you are putting juice, sugar, etc. with it. you have killed the reason for buying top shelf.

Never ceases to amaze me to what lengths some people will go to get a refund. They were in a night club after midnight!

Agree with Coeven. Always enjoy a laid back day that is very inexpensive. Enjoy!

I think you will see heavy traffic form Daytona and Jacksonville, etc. leaving the beach areas following the week of the 4th.

I been in a cove and had a sofa bed. We slept 2 adults and a teenager with no problems.
Informal survey - do you plan paid activities for each port of call?

We never stay on the ship on port days. We enjoy food and bars where locals hang out if it is a safe country. Sometimes book excursions, but seldom through Carnival.
