What perks do a MSC Black Card holder entails?

Is there a copy of the new menu anywhere?:)

Thank you for posting your review.:)
Was the tv mounted on the wall?
What did you guys order from Steamers and Planks?

Cruzinbabe06: It looks like there will be 4 ships on the day you are in port. Even so, nothing seems too busy that time of year. If you want to stay in the Havensight area, Tap and Still is pretty lively. Maybe try Paradise Point or Yacht Haven Grande.
Ok, I'll look into it,
Thanks so much

Senor Frogs hasn't reopened after the storm and there may not be as many food vendors at Coki. You should probably plan to go elsewhere after the beach.
Ok, didn' know.
Thank u

Odd. I've done dozens of Princess sailaways and, except when there was rain, there's always been dancing on deck: the Wobble, the Cuban Shuffle, and of course the Electric Slide and Y-M-C-A. Wobble baby wobble baby wobble baby wobble...
I've only been on the one Princess Cruise (Regal).
There was no Wobble, Cubid Shuffle, etc. on that Sailaway. Matter of fact, I was happy because they had "Line Dancing Classes". I went to those, and that was the only time I heard these songs and was able to Line
Regal Princess Sailaway was kind of lame with Kool and the Gang "Celebrate" song as the highlight.
This didn't make it a bad Sailaway. It's the clientele and I get it.
I'm no expert on the Princess brand, however, the OP wants to know some of the differences from Carnival/RCCL and this is one that I experienced.
I'm on the Carribean Princess, May 26th sailing. Can't wait!:D

We tried the Regal Princess last year and the service and food was excellent!
I did miss the lively sailaway. You won't be doing The Wobble or Cupid Shuffle on Princess.
However, to me, the cruise was more upscale with better service. Not that I didn't
get good service on Carnival or RCCL. It just seemed as if Princess went above and beyond more.
For example, Movies Under the Stars, they put cushions on the lounge chairs with pillows. I was given a blanket, handed popcorn. During the movie, they came around and gave out pizza.
The Regal buffet stayed open late into the night, with real dinner food.
I'm remembering as soon as I sat down with my tray, 2 or 3 servers wanted to know what I wanted to drink and would get my juice.
Hubby loved the interactive TV with all the free movies.
If you're an active person, and like to stay busy with activities. Princess is not for you. At times I found myself bored.
I think on that cruise, hubby and I realized we liked the quietness, hardly any kids and just maybe we had outgrown Carnival and RCCL.:o
I say give it a try. Book the Regal or Royal if you can.:)
Also, I'm 50 and felt very young onboard.

Why not go?
See as much of the world as you can!:D
It's something about that part of the world you just have to see for yourself!
I hate long flights, but, I'm definitely going back and that itinerary sounds amazing!;p
Go! You won't regret it!

We decided to cruise last week in May and paid for this cruise last minute, on April 27, only had Guaranteed Balcony Cabins left.
I kept checking everyday, and finally a cabin was confirmed on May 11h. R255.
I'm still new to Princess Cruise Lines, but i do like how Princess process the Guaranteed Cabins, at least you know what Cabin Category you'll have.
The Agent said it will be a Guaranteed BC Category, if I'm not mistaken, Mid Forward, Deck 14 or 15. So I had an idea of where our cabin would be located.
Good Luck and enjoy your cruise.:)

We're on the Carribean Princess, May 26th sailing, also arriving 1230p to 10p.
We're planning on going to our favorite, Coki Beach (love the Fried Snapper Platter) staying til around 4 or 430p. The beaches may thin out around 2p or 3p, maybe, depending on what other ships are in Port.
We're then heading to Senor Frogs for some fun!;p
It would be nice if the ship arrived ahead of schedule.:)

Stay tuned for the exciting climax to this drama. Have to wonder how you could leave a passport on a plane, but I guess it could happen because it did.
Working for American Airlines, it still amazes me what people leave in the seatback pocket.
Now, I understand a book or magazine, even a tablet. These things are used during the flight. Phones also.
The flight attendants are always bringing me, all of the above, plus, passports, drivers license, headphones, wallets, laptops, etc.
When I'm given these items, I do an overhead announcement. Probably twice. If no answer, there's a form to fill out and we give electronics and wallets to management.
All other items are left in a drop box and an employee picks up these items the next morning, takes to baggage claim, they're logged into the system.
Someone said they couldn't believe the airline wouldn't help her. That's not a fair statement.
Who knows when she discovered it wasn't in her possession.
To the OP, call your airline baggage claim. Someone may have turned it in.
Hope everything works out today.

If I'm not mistaken, there's an open air jitney that will drop you off at your selected beach. They're right outside the ship.
I forget the prices.
When you'e ready to leave, let your server know. I've never had a problem returning to the ship.

The best beaches were Tabyana Beach in Honduras and Half Moon Cay, Bahamas for me.:)

Thank you for taking the time to come back and give us your review.:)
I may give the San Juan tour a try. Sounds like a lot of fun!

It was only an issue when the new TVs were still on the old system. They have now been upgraded to the new system which means the remotes and on demand programming works like that on the Regal and the Royal. Surprised the installer you spoke with wasn't aware of that. You use the remote to select from the onscreen menus.

This looks very nice!
We spend a lot of time in our cabin relaxing.
Hubby will be very happy.:)
Thanks for the updates.
-
Thank you for that update.:)
One of the things we enjoyed on the Regal was watching Free movies and TV shows on demand in our cabin.
So are the tv's on the wall?
-
Hello, I enjoyed your review very much!:D
My question is regarding your cabin TV.
We were on the Regal 《first time on Princess) and loved the selection of tv shows, movies, etc. All for free.
Do the Caribbean Princess have this? What size is the TV? Is it a flat screen?
We spend a lot of time in our cabin, and we were wowed with the Regal TV size and free entertainment!
Thanks in advance.
