I used to book through my cousin who is a travel agent and never got an upsale call. I've started booking on my own so I can control my own booking and have gotten a call every cruise since. My cousin claims I have just as much of a chance getting a call if I book through her but that's not what experience has shown.

Oh, yes! Definitely a vote for a hair dryer! My hair is not thick and still it wouldn't dry my hair! Shampoo and conditioner, too. The stuff in the shower turns my hair into straw.

I was on the 11/1/2014 repo cruise. I really liked the ship. It didn't have the 2.0 upgrades but it was clean and the crew was fantastic, a live band at the shows!
Our cabin steward was fantastic, 2 of our 3 attendants in the main dining room were great and the steakhouse was fantastic. The hot tubs on the level above the Lido never seemed to be crowded and the Serenity area was always quiet. It was a port intensive cruise but we really enjoyed ourselves. The woman at Mojito remembered me after ordering my first drink! I would have loved for it to have been an Alchemy Bar, but I loved this cruise!

I've friended the three wonderful women we got to know who worked in the Alchemy Bar but we exchanged info on board.

Oops, balcony Panorama.:o it kinda irritated my travel agent when we booked inside, deck one. So this time I booked myself online

I've had ocean view Panorama, inside and balcony. We just booked inside deck 1 again. Although it was nice being rocked to sleep on the Panorama deck it did not compare (to us, ymmv) to the quiet on deck 1. Plus you are so close when it is time to get off the ship in port!

The last time I cruised in November, I'd already done the online check-in shortly after I'd booked and set up my sail and sign account at that time. They didn't even ask to see the credit card because it was already set up. Have a great cruise!

You are so right! A couple years ago we met a couple on the plane heading to the same cruise as us in San Juan. They didn't know they could carry on water and wine. We gave them directions to the CVS. A couple days later we run into them on the ship and the husband has an injured ankle. He rolled it on the way back to the ship carrying the case of water! I felt so bad for them and feel so much better paying for the water to be in my cabin when I get there.
