Hello, We have always done assigned early dining. Trying to decide if we need to switch to ATD. We surely would like to try some of these restaurants that offer free dining. Reading various reviews it seems some restaurants if you have ATD you can eat dinner there instead of the dining room. Can't seem to find a list for what restaurants participate or maybe if this is still happening. We believe these would be additional cost restaurants that offer free dining? Don't want this to turn into a what is better assigned or ATD. Just trying to determine if the restaurants that are participating would make it worth it to us to switch/try ATD. Thanks in advance

I'm not worried about the dimensions for our large luggage. According to Carnival website, dimensions are 16" height and 24" width, and no length. You would lay your luggage on its back for these measurements. I was more concerned about a debate with the driver on carrying a large bag onto the shuttle. Thanks everyone

Is this always the case or this driver on this day didn't have the motivation to stow check bags? We are going to take our first cruise from Charleston, and since we are driving to port, were considering 1 large suitcase as our carryon. I would imagine the standard airline carryon bag is quite the struggle to sit on anyone's lap. Let alone a larger one.
