  1. Ports of Call

All alcohol purchased in ports will be stored for safekeeping until the end of the voyage. The retained items will be available for collection in a designated lounge on the morning of debarkation for cruise durations 5 days and less; for cruise durations 6 days and more, alcohol will be delivered to guest staterooms after 7:00pm, the evening prior to debarkation (some exceptions may apply).

  2. In the past your purchase was delivered the cabin on the last night. Those days are gone; you must now go get your purchase early in the morning before you disembark. We've seen that line a few times and tthe bargains don't look worth the hassle.

    .

I think they changed it back for 7 day cruises just recently. They will deliver on the last night.
  3. I just posted Funtimes for 5 days(3-7) on another thread. That way the post will make it to the Breeze page.

What nights will be formal? Monday and Friday

Is there a band poolside or just the entertainers at the poolside bars? Don't remember a band poolside, but we did not hang out at the pool.

Where can I find the movie schedule? Not sure

Since we will sailing during NFL playoffs where can we watch the games? Red Frog Pub and a lot of TVs playing games.

Best entrée in the Cucina del Capitano restaurant? I had the steak which was very good and my wife had the chicken alfredo and she loved it. The best dessert was the lemon gelato by far. The tiramisu was also good. Be sure to eat lunch in the Cucina. They have a build your own pasta with lots of selections. We ate there the last sea day and on embarkation. It was empty on embarkation and packed on the sea day.

  4. Depends on what it is but probably not worth the hassle. You start and end at the lockers.

You will be walking for about 45 minutes through the jungle before the tubing. The walk is pretty neat and goes by quickly. But wear comfortable shoes that you don't mind getting wet.

Our guide stopped and let us swim in the river in the cave. Very cool! Literally and figuratively.

The lunch at the end was good. It was grilled chicken and rice and beans.

  5. My wife and I cruised back in October. We had a Cove balcony on the Breeze. Total cost for the cruise was about $1500 for a 7 day cruise including taxes. That's 42 meals, 7 nights of hotel, we went to at least one show per night and had access to a lot of other amenities we did not use. Seems like a pretty good value to me.

The food was good and the entertainment was excellent. Certainly it was not las vegas level but we were not paying $100+ per show.

And most importantly, I met a bunch of nice people I now consider friends.

  6. Thanks for the post. We will be in 2366 in Dec 17. We were in 2389 in October.

When we selected that cabin on the ship, the future cruise lady did ask us if we were sure we wanted to be under the galley. I think 2389 is too and we heard nothing. Now I am a pretty heavy sleeper.

  7. Got a call this morning from my local blood bank asking me to come in and donate platelets. I asked about being deferred after visiting Honduras. The initial answer was yes, I would have to wait one year. After i explained I was only in Mahogany Bay she did some more checking. I was finally cleared to donate since I had only been in the country less than 24 hours.

I only post this because I found a lot of conflicting information in my Internet searches.
